Despite of, in the past refugees was a notion given to those who ran away from wars or political pursuits, nowadays, it has earned a new meaning. Due to the increase of climate changes, e.g hurricanes, droughts, who devastate thousands of homes per year, leaving families homeless, people tend to become refugees in order to not be swallowed by a gigantic wave or swept by a massive "swirl".
Despite of environmental refugees are a matter of big importance and it has been gaining more influence between media and climate associations there isn't actually a solid organization, whose purpose is to help people victimized by these disasters.
This problem is very worrying and a solution must be found quickly because it is estimated that the numbers of these "displaced" will rise sharper in a very soon future, thanks to the more frequent occurrence of natural disasters, bringing with itself more consequences to world's life and population, ending up to kill humans, destroying protected habitats and extincting en dangerous species.
